Egg Donor Qualification
- Healthy females between ages 19-28
- In good physical and psychological health condition
- Non-smoker, non-drug user
- Has not using depo shots as present form of birth control or before
- No family history of inheritable genetic diseases
- Responsible, committed, and can attend 5-7 required appointments
Surrogate Qualification
- Between the ages of 21 and 40
- Has one or more smooth pregnancies with no complications
- In good physical and psychological health condition
- No substance abuse
- Non-smoker – tobacco and other substances
- Pass background check
- Either a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
