What is Surrogacy

What is Surrogacy?

Surrogacy is a third-party fertility option in which a Gestational Carrier helps carry pregnancy to full term for Intended Parents who are medically challenge in doing so. The Surrogate is not biologically related to the child/ren that she will be carrying to term, therefore, waiving her parental rights. Surrogacy is legal in few states, and it is important to consider the following key factors when you think about seeking a surrogate mother or becoming one: where the surrogate mother resides, where the birth takes place, and where the contract is completed.
