Surrogacy Process

Step 1 Application/Home Visit

The application contains questions about yourself, lifestyle, family, medical history, previous pregnancies, your living environment, and support system. You will need to fill out the application thoroughly and submit for our review along with 5-7 family pictures. You will also need to complete pre-screening lab tests and to provide your past delivery records, including past surrogacy deliveries, by contacting your OB/GYN to request your medical records. Once you pass the initial screening, our coordinator will contact you and schedule a home visit to discuss surrogate process in greater details.

Step 2 Matching and Screening

Intended Parents may apply to our program to find a suitable surrogate. We present your profile to them and find a match to work with you, aligning with your preferences and values. When the match is confirmed, we will arrange background check, psychological evaluation, and any additional lab work if needed.

Step 3 Legal Clearance/Contract

You and the Intended Parents will both sign a contract that outlines your rights and responsibilities throughout the process. Your representing lawyer will discuss the contract in details with you and answer your questions.

Step 4 Cycle

You will work closely with selected fertility for the cycle. The nursing coordinators will provide full instructions on the medications, protocol, and restrictions for the medical procedures. During the cycle, you will be required to attend regular monitoring appointments for blood tests and ultrasound. You will have an embryo transfer procedure at the end of the cycle.

Step 5 Pregnancy/Delivery

Throughout your pregnancy, our staff will offer you weekly and monthly surrogacy support meetings. We will also foster communications between you and the Intended Parents about your health, the developing fetus/es, and any questions or concerns. Delivery is the special moment for all of us, especially to you and the Intended Parents. We will continue our support for after birth delivery.
